I regret to inform you that you seem to be missing The Super Shinobi (or Revenge of Shinobi in English). The one you have is the second, and, it is while slightly superior in gameplay, they both have bops. We cannot deprive the folks of the bops. :T
Now THIS is a good tool. People will absolutely love this, and the next consoles people would want (pre-64 bit) would be: SNES, NES, Arcade... Could you make it possible to download/access this tool offline? DM me if so?
